Responsibility
:-
Develop and implement training programs to support business operations and individual staff development
Establish short-term and long-term training and development strategies
Conduct training evaluation, follow-up results and reports
Liaises with departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development and to ensure that objectives, purposes and achievements of the programs are fully informed.
Other duties as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
:-
Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
At least 3 years of experiences in Human Resources Development.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in English and Thai with computer literacy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision.
Good command in English both spoken and written.
