Description(EN) :	<p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="../userfiles/images/news_20121029160738_news10.jpg" /></p> <p>POSCO-Thainox celebrates 1st anniversary since the completed acquisition with Thainox, the local STS Mill and being integrated into the Global POSCO. The celebration held together with Sports & Family Day under the concept of ‘THANK YOU’ to its stakeholders which are consisting of employees and their families, local authorities, business alliances, and communities nearby the Rayong Plant; at the same time, to strengthen relationship with them. The ceremony took place on Saturday, September 01, 2012, at the Rayong Provincial Indoor Stadium.<br /> <br /> Apart from the activities, e.g., parade, cheer competition, football final match, chair-ball between management vs. women employees, funny games, and many more, etc., the donation of cooler waters to the 2 rural schools, and the presentation of appreciation plagues to the 3 suppliers who are the company’s long time partnership.<br /> <br /> On this occasion, the honourable guests Chief District Officer of Nikom-Pattana and other representatives from the neighbourhoods joined the ceremony, and delivered congratulatory message that POSCO-Thainox has been recognized as a good citizen and member of the community for long time particularly the part of cooperation and environmental conservation so that the community expects POSCO-Thainox to uphold this policy and practice along with running business ; and the community shall go together with fully support POSCO-Thainox.</p>

Description(TH) :	<p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="../userfiles/images/news_20121029160738_news10.jpg" /></p> <p>โพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ ฉลองครบรอบ 1 ปีแห่ง การดำเนินงาน และแข่งขัน กีฬาครอบครัวโพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ ขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 1 กันยายน ที่ผ่านมา ณ สนามกีฬาจังหวัดระยอง เพื่อรำลึกถึงการดำเนินกิจการและผลงานในรอบ 1 ปี ตลอดจนเป็นการสานสัมพันธ์อันดีและขอบคุณผู้ที่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียของบริษัทฯ ทั้งพนักงานและครอบครัว หน่วยงานราชการและชุมชนใกล้เคียงในพื้นที่ที่โรงงานประกอบการ ซึ่งในงานได้รับเกียรติจากนาย มนต์ชัย พินประเสริฐ นายอำเภอนิคมพัฒนา นายสุกิจ จันทร์มณี นายกเทศมนตรีมาบข่าพัฒนา และผู้นำชุมชนใกล้เคียงมาร่วมงานและแสดงความยินดีกับบริษัทฯ ด้วย ในโอกาสนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้มอบคูเลอร์น้ำเย็นสเตนเลสมูลค่ากว่า 20,000 บาท ให้กับโรงเรียนโรงเรียนวัดมาบข่า และโรงเรียนวัดกระเฉท เพื่อนำไปใช้ในกิจกรรมโรงเรียนต่อไป<br /> <br /> ภายในงานมีผู้ร่วมงานประมาณ กว่า 600 คนและมีกิจกรรมต่างๆมากมาย ได้แก่ขบวนพาเหรด การประกวดทีมเชียร์ฟ้า-ขาว การแข่งขันกีฬาและเกมส์มหาสนุกระหว่างผู้บริหารและพนักงาน การแข่งขันฟุตบอลรอบตัดสินระหว่าง Finishing Team VS. Product Testing Laboratory Team โดยผลการแข่งขันทีม Finishing ชนะไปด้วยคะแนน 2-0 และทีมสีฟ้าเป็นทีมที่ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศขบวนพาเหรดและทีมเชียร์ไปครอง</p>
