The awarding ceremony held in the Innovation Festival 2013 (IF 2013), Dec 03, at Hanmadong Gym, in Pohang, South Korea. Over 1,600 POSCO and POSCO family companies including affiliates, foreign branches and suppliers attended at the event. Mr. Joon-Yang, Chung, CEO of POSCO bestowed the awards as the chair person of the ceremony, Mr.Hyoung-Soo, Oh, President of POSCO-Thainox, accordingly joined the IF 2013 as a representative of POSCO-Thainox top management</p> <p>QSS 2013, POSCO-Thainox created and presented total 9 best practices to HQ. Which is a -7- project completed, the other 2 are on processing. Results of the QSS projects have been brought to implementation in Rayong manufacturing plant, helping save cost over 30 MB or over 1 Mil. USD / Yr., enhancing operational performances, and improving a better condition of workplace, etc. Besides, Innovation Team has a plan to share the QSS process, and best practices to benefit other departments very soon. <em>* For more details click this link or contact QSS </em><em>Team </em></p> <p>Innovation Festival aimed for POSCO family resolving to reinforce competitiveness by accelerating innovation. This year, IF theme was `Sun Tzu meets Darwin` which presented the POSCO Family method of pursuing forward movement in a challenging competitive environment, and in an interesting manner, by combining Sun Tzu`s `Art of War` and Darwin`s concept of `Survival of the Fittest.</p>

Description(TH) :	<p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="../userfiles/images/innews-69-1.jpg" /></p> <p><strong><em>ในภาพจากขวาไปซ้าย </em></strong></p> <p>ประธานบริหารโพสโค ลำดับที่ 9 แถวหน้า กรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ โพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ ลำดับที่ 5 พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารจากครอบครัวโพสโค ถ่ายภาพร่วมกัน ในเทศกาลนวัตกรรมประจำปี ณ ฮัมมาดอง ยิม เมืองโพฮัง เมื่อเร็วๆนี้</p> <p><em>โพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ ได้รับรางวัลผลงานโดดเด่นจากการสร้างสรรค์การจัดการนวัตกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยได้นำเสนอปฏิบัติการที่ดีที่สุดในปี 2556 ไปยังโพสโค และได้รับคัดเลือกให้เป็นหนึ่งในผลงานจากโพสโคและครอบครัว พิธีมอบรางวัลมีขึ้นในเทศกาลนวัตกรรม ประจำปี 2556 ของสำนักงานใหญ่ เมื่อ 3 ธันวาคมที่ผ่านมา ณ โรงยิมฮันมาดัง เมืองโพฮัง ประเทศเกาหลี ในพิธีมีผู้บริหารและตัวแทนจากโพสโคในเครือ สำนักงานสาขาจากทั่วโลก และผู้รับเหมากว่า 1,600 คน เข้าร่วม ในโอกาสนี้ นายจุน-ยัง ชุง ประธานกรรมการบริหารโพสโค เป็นประธานและมอบรางวัลในพิธีฯ และนายฮยอง-ซู โอ กรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่จากโพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ได้เข้าร่วมงานด้วย </em></p> <p><em>ปี 2556 โพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ นำเสนอโครงการ QSS ทั้งหมด 9 โครงการ แล้วเสร็จ 7 โครงการ อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการอีก 2 โครงการ และได้นำข้อปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดมาดำเนินงานในโรงงานผลิต จ.ระยอง ด้วยนวัตกรรมดังกล่าว ช่วยให้บริษัทฯ ประหยัดงบประมาณโดยรวมได้กว่า 30 ล้านบาทหรือกว่า 1 ล้านดอลล่าร์สหรัฐต่อปี เพิ่มขีดความสามารถและสถาพแวดล้อมการทำงานดีขึ้น ซึ่งทีมนวัตกรรมจะได้นำแนวคิด กระบวนการและผลงาน มาแบ่งปันความรู้ เพื่อให้เป็นประโยชน์แก่ฝ่ายต่างๆ ขององค์กรต่อไป</em></p> <p><em>สำหรับเทศกาลนวัตกรรม มุ่งหมายที่จะเสริมศักยภาพการแข่งขันด้วยตัวเร่งด้านนวัตกรรมให้แก่ครอบครัวโพสโค ในปีนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวความคิด ‘ซุนวู่พบดาร์วิน’ เพื่อให้เป็นแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อนไปข้างหน้าแก่ครอบครัวโพสโค ด้วยการเชื่อมโยงประเด็นที่น่าสนใจทางด้านกลยุทธ์การแข่งขัน และการปรับตัวให้อยู่รอด รับกับความท้าทายภายใต้สิ่งแวดล้อมของการแข่งขันเช่นในปัจจุบัน</em></p>
