Description(EN) :	<p>On 20<sup>th</sup> of November 2015, POSCO-Thainox organized “Management workshop” for team leaders up to share idea, problem solution, improvement method and planed for company’s policies for next year. Team leaders presented the practice of continuous improvement in their job according to the project that has been cost saving. After workshop, all team leaders need to communicate the company’s policies and strategies of Management Workshop to all team staff to perform following by the same way. Description(TH) :	<p>วันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2558 ที่ผ่านมา POSCO-Thainox จัด “Management Workshop” สำหรับ ทีมผู้บริหารเพื่อมีการแบ่งปันความคิด วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหา วิธีการปรับปรุงในการทำงานและวางแผนสำหรับนโยบายของบริษัทในปีหน้า ซึ่งทีมผู้บริหาร ในแต่ล่ะทีมนั้นได้นำเสนอการพัฒนาปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องสำหรับวิธีการช่วยบริษัทลดค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆภายในหน่วยงาน ซึ่งหลังจากที่มีการทำ Workshop ในครั้งนี้ ทีมผู้บริหารจะต้องนำแนวคิดเพื่อไปถ่ายทอดให้กับสมาชิกภายในทีมได้รับทราบและปฏิบัติตามในทิศทางเดียวกัน สำหรับการจัด Workshop ในครั้งนี้เริ่มตั้งแต่ 13.30 น.ถึง19.00 น. และจบลงด้วยผู้เข้าร่วมทุกท่านร่วมรับประทานอาหารเย็นร่วมกัน</p> <p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="/userfiles/images/news_gallery_174__20160419140242_nov-2015-01.jpg" /></p> <p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="/userfiles/images/news_gallery_174__20160419140003_nov-2015-02.jpg" /></p>
