<p>2015.05.06 at Training Room, Rayong plant, team up as the 8<sup>th</sup> QSS Team Leader, the representatives from the Innovation Team, Production Dept., Maintenance Dept., and Process & Quality Control Dept. had final presentation for their projects. The projects of the innovation were created by QSS#8 in order to <strong><em>improve brushing unit no.1-2-3 in APF line</em></strong> and to <strong><em>manage paper handling in Paper Preparation Unit</em></strong> <strong>(Finishing line).</strong></p> <p>These QSS projects aimed to improving the process, at the same time, to solving the problem in APF line and PPU in Finishing line. The project took about 4 months timeline, started from finding out the defined problems, measuring data, analyzing the problems, improving & controlling process.
