Description(EN) :	<p>Reference to management meeting on 16<sup>th</sup> February 2016, Mr. Kyung Hwa, Song, President gave some strategies as follows : Production Division should reduce the CR reject Ratio Grade 300 and inform all staff to concentrate on safety. In addition, to reduce dummy coil by making manufacturing plan properly and study the historical of previous order which products are ordered regularly so that Production could plan sales order in advance. At present, number of claims are quite high, Marketing Division has to ask the related department opinion before receiving claim. Sales Team should treat the dealer like a partner to share and make a decision together by one goal. Description(TH) :	<p>ในการประชุมผู้บริหารวันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมา กรรมการผู้จัดการได้ให้</p> <p>กลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ได้แก่ ฝ่ายผลิตจะต้องลดอัตราของเสียของสายการผลิต CR เกรด 300 ให้ลดลงและให้พนักงานทุกท่านใส่ใจในเรื่องความปลอดภัยให้มากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังกล่าวถึงการช่วยลด Dummy Coil โดยการวางแผนการผลิตล่วงหน้า ซึ่งดูจากผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตเป็นประจำ จะช่วยลดการใช้ Dummy Coil ให้น้อยลง สำหรับฝ่ายการตลาด ขณะนี้มีการส่งคืนสินค้ามาก ดังนั้น หากมีกรณีการส่งคืนสินค้าจะต้องได้รับการเห็นชอบจากทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนทุกครั้ง นอกจากนี้ Sale Team ควรจะปฏิบัติกับ Dealer เสมือนคู่ค้า คู่คิดโดยมีเป้าหมายร่วมกัน สุดท้ายนี้กรรมการผู้จัดการขอขอบคุณพนักงานฝ่ายการตลาดที่ทำงานอย่างเต็มที่จนทำให้ได้ยอดขายที่สูงกว่าที่ผ่านมาในอดีตและฝ่ายผลิตที่ทำงานหนักในช่วงการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่งจักรสายการผลิต APF ที่ผ่านมา</p> <p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="/userfiles/images/news_gallery_188__20160419175501_feb-2015-01.jpg" style="height:806px; width:1096px" /></p>
