Description(EN) :	<p>Team up as the 1<sup>st</sup> QSS Team Leader, the representatives from the Innovation Team, Production Team, Maintenance Team, Quality Team, and Technical & Development Team created the pilot project of the innovation to improve the production line of the Shot Blasting Machine (SBM) and the Slitting Line # 2. This initial QSS project aimed to figure out the problem of shot blast and dust leaked at SBM unit; at the same time, to increase the productivity of STL#2. The project took about 4 months timeline, started from finding out the defined problems, measuring data, analyzing the problems, improving & controlling process. The pilot project completed as planned, brought to management presentation and the employees communication in the ‘QSS FUN DAY, dated August 07, 2012. Description(TH) :	<p>Innovation Team ได้คัดเลือกพนักงานตัวแทนจาก Production Team, Maintenance Team, QA Team and TD Team เข้าทำหน้าที่ QSS Leader เฉพาะกิจเป็นกลุ่มแรก โดยได้ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์โครงการนวัตกรรมให้แก่สายการผลิตของ Shot Blasting Machine (SBM) และ Slitting Line #2 ทั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อค้นหาวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาจากการรั่วไหลของเม็ดเหล็กและการรั่วไหลของฝุ่นจากเครื่อง SBM และการเพิ่มความเร็วในการผลิตของเครื่อง STL#2 โดยมีระยะเวลาดำเนิน 4 เดือน โดยโครงการดังกล่าวเริ่มตั้งแต่ ค้นหาปัญหา เก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ปัญหา ลงมือปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหา และ การควบคุมจนโครงการฯ ดังกล่าวแล้วเสร็จ พร้อมนำเสนอผลงานต่อฝ่ายบริหารฯ และพนักงานภายใต้กิจกรรม <strong>QSS FUN DAY</strong> เมื่อวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2555 โดยผลสำเร็จของโครงการสามารถช่วยลดการรั่วไหลของเม็ดเหล็กและลดต้นทุนการผลิตได้ <strong>5,016,000</strong> บาทต่อปี ส่วนโครงการ STL#2 สามารถลดต้นทุนการผลิตได้ <strong>1,526,400</strong> บาทต่อปี ความสำเร็จนี้ถือเป็นโครงการนำร่องสำหรับ QSS Leader กลุ่มต่อๆ ไป</p> <p style="text-align:center"><img src="../userfiles/images/news_gallery_19__20140122163422_innews-41-2.jpg" /></p> <p style="text-align:center"><img src="../userfiles/images/news_gallery_19__20140122163431_innews-41-3.jpg" /></p> <p style="text-align:center"><img src="../userfiles/images/news_gallery_19__20140122163441_innews-41-4.jpg" /></p>
