Description(EN) :	<p>On January 14th – 17th, 2020 there was a workshop regarding “Corporate Citizenship” organized at Rayong Plant and Bangkok office. This course was a compulsory subject from HQ that all employees are required to learn and well understand because it is management philosophy of POSCO and it should be applied to daily work of all employees. This time instructors were from POSCO Group University, Mr. Kim Kee Joon who gave the lecture and workshop in the morning for Corporate Citizenship and Mr. Kim Min Woo who gave the lecture and workshop about Team Communication in the afternoon. Description(TH) :	<p>ระหว่างวันที่ 14 - 17 มกราคม 2563 มีการจัดการอบรมหัวข้อเรื่อง “Corporate Citizenship” ขึ้นที่โรงงานระยอง และ สำนักงานกรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งเรื่องนี้เป็นหัวข้อเรื่องที่พนักงานจำเป็นต้องเรียนรู้และทำความเข้าใจ เนื่องจาก Corporate Citizenship หรือความเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีนั้น เป็นหลักปรัญชาการบริหารของโพสโค จึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งสำหรับพนักงานทุกคนที่จะต้องนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงาน โดยครั้งนี้วิทยากรมาจากสำนักงานใหญ่ คือ คุณ คิม คี จุน ได้บรรยายเนื้อหารายละเอียดหลักและทำกิจกรรมในช่วงเช้า และ ในช่วงบ่าย คุณ คิม มิน วู ได้บรรยายและทำกิจกรรมในเรื่องของการสื่อสารภายในทีม หลังจากเสร็จการอบรมพนักงานได้ความรู้เป็นอย่างมาก และพร้อมที่จะนำไปใช้ในการทำงานของทุกคนต่อไป</p> <p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="../userfiles/images/1584772751_Corporate_14Jan2020 (1).JPG" /></p> <p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="../userfiles/images/1584772764_Corporate_14Jan2020 (2).jpg" /></p> <p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="../userfiles/images/1584772774_Corporate_14Jan2020 (3).JPG" /></p> <p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="../userfiles/images/1584772782_Corporate_14Jan2020 (4).JPG" /></p>
