Description(EN) :	<p>Thainox Stainless Pcl revealed its outstanding performance in the third quarter of 2006, attested by sales revenue of cold-rolled stainless steel which was recorded at 4,061 million Baht – 41% higher than the same period last year, and a net profit of 951 million Baht which propelled the accumulated profit balance (as of 30 September 2006) to 1,546 million Baht. Thus, the ThaiNox Board approved the interim dividend payment of around 1,200 million Baht, and the construction plan of a new ThaiNox headquarters.</p> <p>Mr. Prayudh Mahagitsiri, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, of Thainox Stainless PCL., disclosed that the sharp increase in sales revenue was driven by a higher sales volume of 11% and a 28% increase in selling price. With excellent operating results, the ThaiNox Board has unanimously approved to pay an interim dividend of 0.15 Baht per share, based on the company’s 2006 operating results (at the end of 30 September), accounted for around 1.2 billion Baht in total. The payment is scheduled on 12 December 2006. During the two years it has been listed in the SET, ThaiNox has paid a total of 2.2 billion Baht in interim dividends.</p> <p>Mr. Prayudh, said: “During the past 9 months, ThaiNox has been doing a great job in maintaining its business growth. Despite economic woes and other external factors including the oil price hike, the strengthening Baht, and increase in interest-rates, ThaiNox is still confident in the country’s economic stability as a strong base for growth and prosperity of businesses for the year to come. In 2007, ThaiNox will continue to focus on our competitive advantages of offering customers premium stainless steel products and technical service - particularly on metallurgy engineering support, while taking an aggressive step in market expansion - domestically and internationally.”</p> <p>By the end of 2007, ThaiNox’s project to expand the cold-rolled stainless steel production capacity is expected to complete and add another 100,000 tons to its total annual production capacity, accounting for a 50% increase of its current production capacity.</p> <p>In addition, the ThaiNox Board has also approved the construction plan of its new headquarters on Narathiwas Rajanakarin Road, close to South Sathorn Road. The construction will take 3 years. Its total budget is estimated at approximately 3 billion Baht (1 billion Baht/year), which will be allocated from future operating profits together with the cash balance which is currently recorded at 4,800 million Baht.</p> <p>ThaiNox’s new headquarters is expected to benefit ThaiNox in terms of better management as well as contribute to the company’s strategic plan to increase the domestic consumption of stainless steel from the present 2 kilograms per head per annum to 4 kilograms per head per annum, and to be at par with other developed Asian countries such as Korea, Taiwan, and Japan where the domestic consumption of stainless steel is recorded at 15 Kilograms per head per annum.</p>

Description(TH) :	<p>บริษัท ไทยน๊อคซ์ สเตนเลส จำกัด (มหาชน) เผยผลประกอบการไตรมาสที่ 3 มียอดขายสเตนเลสรีดเย็นรวม 4,061 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นจากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน 1,190 ล้านบาท หรือ 41% และผลกำไรสุทธิ 951 ล้านบาท ทำให้มีกำไรสะสมรวม 1,546 ล้านบาท คณะกรรมการฯ มีมติให้จ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลร่วม 1,200 ล้านบาท พร้อมจัดงบประมาณนำกระแสเงินสดและเงินสดคงเหลือมาจัดสร้างสำนักงานใหญ่ให้ เป็นฐานที่ตั้งที่มั่นคงต่อไป</p> <p>นายประยุทธ มหากิจศิริ ประธานกรรมการและผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ บริษัท ไทยน๊อคซ์ สเตนเลส จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยถึงผลประกอบการในช่วงไตรมาสที่ 3 ของปี 2549 ว่า ยอดขายเหล็กสเตนเลสรีดเย็น ที่พุ่งสูงขึ้นนั้นมีสาเหตุมาจากปริมาณขายที่เพิ่มขึ้น 11% และราคาขายที่ปรับตัวสูงขึ้น 28% ทำให้มียอดกำไรสุทธิอยู่ที่ 951 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 927 ล้านบาทเมื่อเทียบกับช่วงเดียวกันของปี 2548 ส่งผลให้กำไรสะสม ณ สิ้นไตรมาสที่ 3 มีมูลค่ารวม 1,546 ล้านบาท</p> <p>คณะกรรมการบริหารฯ จึงมีมติให้จัดสรรกำไรและจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลของผลประกอบการปี 2549 ณ สิ้นเดือนกันยายนแก่ผู้ถือหุ้น โดยจะจ่ายในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.15 บาท รวมเป็นเงินจ่ายปันผลแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นทั้งสิ้น 1,200 ล้านบาท และมีกำหนดจ่ายในวันที่ 12 ธันวาคมนี้ อนึ่ง นับตั้งแต่เข้าเป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์เป็นเวลา 2 ปี ไทยน๊อคซ์ได้จ่ายเงินปันผลรวมทั้งครั้งนี้ด้วยคิดเป็นมูลค่ารวมทั้งสิ้น 2,200 ล้านบาท</p> <p>นายประยุทธ มหากิจศิริ กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า ตลอด 9 เดือนที่ผ่านมา บริษัท ไทยน๊อคซ์ฯ สามารถรักษาระดับการเติบโตทางธุรกิจได้ดี แม้ว่าจะต้องเผชิญกับปัจจัยภายนอกต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งภาวะราคาน้ำมันที่ผันผวน ค่าเงินบาทที่แข็งค่า และอัตราดอกเบี้ยที่ปรับสูงขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทฯ ยังคงเชื่อมั่นในเสถียรภาพของเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมของประเทศว่าจะเป็นรากฐานที่ดี ต่อการเติบโตและการดำเนินการธุรกิจต่างๆ ในปี 2550 สำหรับบริษัท ไทยน๊อคซ์ฯ เองในปีหน้าจะยังคงมุ่งเน้นการนำเสนอสินค้าคุณภาพระดับพรีเมียม การบริการเทคนิคด้านโลหะวิทยา รวมทั้งการเร่งเพิ่มช่องทางขยายฐานลูกค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศให้มากขึ้น</p> <p>ทั้งนี้ โครงการขยายกำลังการผลิตสเตนเลสรีดเย็นของไทยน๊อคซ์เพิ่มขึ้นอีก 100,000 ตัน หรือประมาณ 50% ของกำลังการผลิตในปัจจุบันนั้น มีกำหนดจะแล้วเสร็จและดำเนินการผลิตได้ในประมาณเดือนพฤศจิกายนปีหน้านี้</p> <p>ในโอกาสเดียวกัน คณะกรรมการบริหารฯ ของไทยน๊อคซ์ฯ ยังมีมติให้สร้างอาคารสำนักงานใหญ่ขึ้นที่บริเวณถนนนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ติดกับถนนสาทร เพื่อเป็นฐานที่ตั้งที่มั่นคงขององค์กร โดยจะใช้งบประมาณก่อสร้างอาคารและที่ดินรวมประมาณ 3,000 ล้านบาท กำหนดใช้เวลาก่อสร้างประมาณ 3 ปี และจะจัดงบประมาณปีละ 1,000 ล้านบาท เป็นเวลา 3 ปี จากกระแสเงินสดที่จะได้รับรวมกับเงินสดในมือที่มีอยู่ถึง 4,800 ล้านบาท</p> <p>การสร้างสำนักงานใหญ่ในครั้งนี้เชื่อว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ทั้งต่อการบริหาร และการรุกขยายตลาดสเตนเลสในประเทศให้มีอัตราการใช้ที่เพิ่มขึ้นจาก 2 กิโลกรัมต่อคนต่อปี เป็น 4 กิโลกรัมต่อคนต่อปี และเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่องให้ใกล้เคียงกับอัตราการใช้สเตนเลสในประเทศที่พัฒนา แล้ว เช่น เกาหลี ไต้หวัน และ ญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งขณะนี้มีอัตราการใช้สูงถึง 15 กิโลกรัมต่อคนต่อปี</p>
